Lost / Stolen 16-17 Saver
If you have lost or had your 16-17 Saver stolen, don't worry, it can be replaced.
Bought your 16-17 Saver online?
You are entitled to apply for one replacement in the event of loss or damage. There is an administration fee of £10 for this service. We regret that any journeys you make whilst you are without your 16-17 Saver will have to be at full fare and any discount lost is not refundable.
If you bought your 16-17 Saver online, you will need to log in to your account and order a replacement online. You can only apply for a replacement 16-17 Saver 10 or more days after the date of the original online purchase.
If you bought your 16-17 Saver over the phone, please call us on 0345 301 1656 (7am to 10pm every day except Christmas Day).
Had your 16-17 Saver stolen?
If your 16-17 Saver has been stolen and you have been given a crime reference number or documents by the Police, then we will give you a free replacement.
To replace a stolen 16-17 Saver you bought online, please login to your account and follow the replacement process, you will need to quote your crime reference number.
If you bought your 16-17 Saver over the phone, please call us on 0345 301 1656 (7am to 10pm every day except Christmas Day).
Generating a new download code for your 16-17 Saver
If the download code sent to your registered email has expired, or if you aren't able to find the email we sent you, you can generate a new download code for your 16-17 Saver online by simply following the steps below. Please note that the download code you received on your registered email expires after 10 days if not used.
